I really enjoyed my stay here because of how spacious and clean the room was, and even though it’s right next to the highway, I surprisingly didn’t hear any noise from outside, which made for a relaxing experience after my city explorations.

Comfortable bedding in spacious rooms.

I was horrified to find feces on the bedding! The hotel staff tried to blame us for this disgusting situation, despite being regular travelers who expect basic cleanliness. On top of that, I couldn’t even get a manager to address my concerns right away, which made the whole experience worse. this hotel does not care about your health or safety.

The sofa in our King Room provided extra comfort, and the spacious layout made our stay pleasant. I appreciated the overall cleanliness which contributed to a restful experience.

The bed offered great support for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable and gave a reassuring feeling. Additionally, the hotel provided an excellent price point for our stay, which was a highlight of our trip. We also appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made us feel welcome and catered to our needs.

Solo traveler, not impressed.

The room was actually pretty good, I had a real chance to relax,, and the front desk girl was a true help with my luggage. She really seemed to care about making my stay better. Also I was worried about the noise from the highway and was surprised I couldn't hear much at all!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable enough for one night.

the rooms at surestay plus hotel by best western were equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, making it ideal for couples. the location was convenient as it is close to various attractions, and free wifi added to the overall convenience.

We explored nearby attractions and enjoyed some golf. The location was pretty convenient, making it easy to get around. Internet quality was solid, and the shower pressure was great. Overall, for the price, I think it offers good value for a group getaway.

However, we did notice a strong smell of weed in the hallways, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the towels were kinda stained, which could be improved.

Totally recommend for a momentary pause

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with wonderful shower pressure made our stay delightful, and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus that kept us connected during our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the spacious King Room with a Sofa Bed. The accommodations were cozy and family-friendly.

My kids wished there had been a larger breakfast area with more options to cater to families. It really would make a difference for us.

However, the cleanliness levels outside the building left much to be desired, and the brown bag breakfast fell short of expectations. Overall, it's a decent stay for the price, balancing comfort with some unnecessary compromises on cleanliness and amenities.
